Graceful Grief Session III – Anger

Workshop: May 29, 2026 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. (PDT/AZ time) on Zoom.

Graceful Grief is a series 8 of virtual support sessions that take a “silver lining” approach toward deepening the grief experience for more grace and peace. Each session will have a focus relative to one of the many unique facets of grief, and will include grief education, coping strategies, meditation, and dialogue for shared empathy and healing. Workshops are offered approximately every two months through January 2027 (attend as many as are relevant to your needs).

Anger is noted as the second stage of grief. It is a natural response to loss that can trigger harmful thoughts and behaviors directed at others or oneself. Anger can mask hidden painful emotions and deep suffering. Getting in touch with, and safely expressing this difficult stage of grief is an important step to healing grief after loss.
