Naturally Caring TLC for Care Givers kicks off the 2012 Series
Workshop #1 is entitled, “Care Choices & Five Wishes.” It will be held on Wednesday, April 18 from 3-5 p.m. at the Joe C. Montoya Senior & Community Center at 245 N. Thorpe Road in Flagstaff. During this FREE workshop you will learn how to help yourself and those you care for to express physical, emotional and spiritual needs during serious illness and at end of life. Your presenters are Meg Leander, Counselor and Susanne One Love, R.N. The session will be held in the arts and crafts room. Light refreshments will be served and certificates of completion awarded. It is not too soon to think about think about That’s Life- A Bone Dance 2012! Further Shore’s 7th Annual Gala and Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 6-11 p.m. at the Radisson Woodlands Hotel in Flagstaff. This memorial event has become a beloved Flagstaff tradition. Please consider serving as an event Table Captain. Details to come.
