Participants will need to determine ahead of time if they wish certain components. Consensus will determine what happens during this time. Examples of what the group may want:
  • a ceremony is needed for forgiveness or letting go. The ceremony may include a process for forgiveness, speaking, listening, touching or movement.
  • sharing healing touch, meditation or journaling; reading aloud about their experience today
  • spiritual processes like questing, intuitive processes, energy balancing or soul healing
  • learning more about any items in the Guidebook
